Calling all toddlers and preschoolers for some yoga time! Practicing yoga can help kids sleep better, manage emotions and improve mood. This instructor-led program will take kids and their caregivers through gentle yoga poses. For children ages 2 - 5 years . Vinutha Kornaya is a certified Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist and Ayurvedic Practitioner. She draws from ancient wisdom to aid healing and well-being. Her methods mix movement, breath, relaxation and lifestyle guidance. She creates a compassionate space for people of all abilities and ages to reconnect with themselves, restore balance, and thrive.
