Yoga for Kids

Join us at the Fremont Library for some summer time yoga. Ages 6-12 welcome. Yoga helps kids to relax, relieve stress and anxiety, sleep better, improve emotional regulation, increase empathy, and improve mood and affect. This instructor led program will take the kids through gentle yoga poses. This is a free ticketed event with limited capacity. Tickets will be handed over at the Children's Service Desk 15 minutes prior to the start of the program. Please dress appropriately and bring your own water, yoga mat or a towel.
