Storytime with AAC (For ages 7 & under)

Build your child's communication skills through Shared Reading! "Storytime with AAC" aims to support families/caregivers of emergent communicators by demonstrating language using AAC Systems, helping children develop a love for reading and building language through shared interaction and connection. This program is conducted by graduate students in the "LISTEN with AAC" training program at Cal State East Bay. This program is designed for emergent communicators, ages 7 & under who are learning to communicate using AAC Systems. Open to children of all abilities! A parent/caregiver must accompany the child for all the sessions. Due to limited seating, we request only 1 caregiver per child.
