This program submission form is meant for individuals in high school who already have an idea in mind for a program and would like to implement it at the Dublin Library. Library Program Policy:• Library programs must be non-commercial, free, and open to the public• Presenters may not promote, or solicit products or services during presentations• Presenters are not allowed to require or administer signups for programs or collect contact information from program attendees.
