Dragon Boat Festival Calligraphy

The Dragon Boat Festival (端午節) is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month. In this hands-on workshop, Ms. Cynthia will introduce the origins of the festival, explain the basics of Chinese calligraphy, and guide participants in writing the characters for health and well-being as part of a special craft. This program is designed for children ages 7-12. Please register online. Library staff may take photos, videos, or audio recordings at our events.
