Crafternoons: 3D Printing Workshop

Grades 5-12 . Explore 3D printing in this drop-in workshop. Teens will learn the (very) basics of 3D printing, select a design, then schedule their print for later pick-up. Teens can choose a design from Thingiverse , or bring their own design from home. Designs from home must be in an .stl file format. All prints must be able to go on a library USB and claimed when the print is available for pick-up. Designs are considered printable if able to load and save on a Creality K1C, but the librarian has final say. All prints must take less than 3 hours. All prints are free as long as they meet the printable criteria above and below.
