Kindness is a superpower. This is where your child learns to use it.
“Kindness Superheroes” is a six-week mindfulness-based program for children that nurtures kindness alongside a range of socioemotional skills. Through mindful play, storytelling, art, and movement, our curriculum draws on evidence-based practices to help children recognize and regulate their emotions, connect with their minds and bodies, and cultivate compassion and a sense of community.
